Our loyalty program lets you collect points towards free golf every time you book with us. Registration is free, and you can start collecting points right away.
Ways to join our loyalty program
- Online: Sign up when you register for an account and pick up your loyalty card during your next visit to a golf shop.
- In person: Ask for a loyalty card when you visit us at any of our three golf shops.
New point structure for 2025
2025 point structure
January 1 to March 8, 2025:
- ½ point per 18 hole regular, twilight, and sunset rounds
- No point for winter early morning back 9 rounds
March 9 to October 31, 2025:
- 1 point for 18 hole regular, twilight, and sunset rounds
- ½ point for early morning back 9 and evening front 9 rounds
November 1 to December 31, 2025:
- ½ point per 18 hole regular, twilight, and sunset rounds
- No point for winter early morning back 9 rounds
Information icon Each golfer must individually present their Preferred Player Loyalty card to the golf shop when checking in. This way, every golfer in your foursome will accumulate round points.

Terms and conditions
- Loyalty program not applicable at pitch and putt locations
- Loyalty members agree to receive correspondence on upcoming promotions and course information
- Each golfer must individually present their Preferred Player loyalty card to the golf shop at check-in to earn and redeem points
- Points and awards are non-transferable and cannot be shared
- ID may be requested at time of use
- Maximum 1 visit and 1 loyalty point per day
- Loyalty points are not earned on discounted rates
- Loyalty points are not earned on free award rounds
- Refer to point accumulation chart for award point values
- Loyalty program is renewed annually. Points cannot be carried over
- Loyalty program benefits must be used when they occur. Benefits cannot be postponed for a later date
- Loyalty program benefits will be suspended if cardholder cancels or no shows without proper notice
The Vancouver Park Board retains the right to modify loyalty program benefits annually as required.
