We are seeking proposals from qualified Vancouver-based arts and cultural nonprofits who are interested in a long term lease for a nominal base rent for an approximately 21,050 square foot cultural amenity space located at 825 Pacific Street (previously known as 801 Pacific Street).
The intended use for the space is to provide a multi-purpose arts and culture hub, with affordable and suitable presentation, Class A studio production space, and office space, for multiple artists as well as arts and culture nonprofit organizations.
The minimally finished interior will not be fitted out with specialized equipment, flooring, furniture, appliances or accessories. The selected operator will need to raise the appropriate funds in order to support all necessary tenant improvement (including the fit out) and start-up expenses.
