The online advanced reservation system allows you to make the most of your time at the pool by offering:
Guaranteed entry: By booking your ticket online in advance, you can ensure entry, avoiding long line-ups and waiting times.
Increased time slots: Enjoy more time in the water with extended public swimming slots in most of our pools (now 2.5 hours instead of 2 hours). Length swimming time slots have also been increased from 60 to 90 minutes.
Expanded access for pass holders: Pass holders, including Park Board Flexipass, 10-visit usage pass, and Leisure Access Pass (access code needed) can conveniently reserve their swims online, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our outdoor pools.
Flexibility: We offer an online reservation system combined with drop-in options to cater to different preferences and schedules.
Online reservations: 80% of spaces are available for online reservations, providing a guaranteed spot upon arrival.
Drop-in visits: 20% of spaces are reserved for drop-in visitors, offering spontaneity and flexibility for your pool visits. However, admission is not guaranteed for those opting to drop into a pool.
You will need to present a valid LAP and a copy of the reservation ticket for each person in the party for pool admission.
Leisure Access participants without a valid LAP card will not be granted free admission and will need to wait in the drop-in line and pay for admission if space is available.
For children 4 years and under, an accompanying adult reservation is required.
Monitoring the number of reservations for each period allows pools to maintain proper staffing ratios between swimmers and lifeguards, making sure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
Children 7 years old and under must be with a responsible guardian (16+ years old) while in the water. The guardian must wear a bathing suit and be within arms' reach of the children.
One guardian can supervise up to 3 children.
