This facility is intended to meet the needs of a local-serving non-profit that require additional space for satellite programming or office use. Intended activities could include programming for:

- Newcomers
- LGBTQQIA2S+
Interested applicants should demonstrate a strong history of delivering community-based programs and services in Downtown or in the West End.

We hold a long-term lease on the ground floor unit (#100) in an 18-storey mixed-use office and retail building at 1140 West Pender Street.
Key features and operating costs
- Approximately 1,676 square-feet of indoor rentable area will be provided in its current as-is condition.
- Nominal base rent of $10 plus GST
- Plus additional responsibilities for ongoing maintenance and operations as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- The successful applicant will also be responsible for any tenant-initiated improvements
