Water notice questions, errors, and disputes

Do you have a question about your water notice, or think you received it in error?

1. Check water restrictions to verify the allowable watering times and practices. Your notice may be cancelled if:
   • You have a valid exemption permit
   • The notice was issued to the wrong address
   • A duplicate notice was inadvertently issued for the same incident
2. If you think your notice was issued in error, complete an adjudication request form.

Important note The property owner is responsible for the notice payment whether or not they were the ones who committed the offence.
