Heart of the City Festival

Until Nov 8, take in the Heart of the City Festival featuring a multi-disciplinary lineup of online and pop-up outdoor events with a tribute to the Carnegie Community Centre's 40th year. 

Get your Halloween fireworks permit

You must get a fireworks permit to buy and set off fireworks in Vancouver.

Fireworks can only be set off on October 31. 

Not obeying the rules may lead to a $1,000 fine per violation.

All Souls at Mountain View Cemetery

Honour the dead online this year through ceremony and celebration at All Souls @MountainViewCem.
