Flat rate utilities, such as garbage collection, street cleaning fees, Green Bin collection, cross connection fees, annual fireline charges, and (for some customers) water and sewer charges, are found on your main property tax notice.
You pay for these utilities when you make your property tax payment in July.
|C||Annual cost of the flat rate charge per unit||This is multiplied by the quantity of units associated to the property (not displayed on the tax notice).|
