Understand your transfer and landfill bill

You will receive this bill each month if you are a Transfer and Landfill account holder with the City of Vancouver.

You are billed on the waste type and weight posted on your Landfill ticket. If there is an error, contact 3-1-1.

Transfer and Landfill credit account applications are no longer available.

Legend

A	Account number	Your account number.
B	Due date	Pay by this day to avoid interest charges.
C	Billing period	All transactions between the two dates listed here are included on this bill.
D	Date of individual transactions	These are the dates when loads were dropped off at either the landfill or transfer station.
E	Ticket number and vehicle ID	Numbers on the left of the dash make up the ticket number. Information to the right of the dash make up the vehicle ID.
F	Weight in kilograms	Weight of each load dropped off at the landfill or transfer station in kilograms.
G	Cost of load	Cost of each load dropped off at the landfill or transfer station.
H	Amount payable	Amount owed.
