 Not all Park Board trainers are listed here. If they are not available, the Park Board will try to match you with another trainer who meets your needs. If you want to work with a personal trainer at a facility that does not have trainers listed, contact the facility directly.

Angela

Angela is a personal trainer at Hillcrest and Trout Lake fitness centres

Philosophy

When a person is in great physical shape they feel great, and can effectively achieve the most out of their life. I believe a good trainer is a good listener, role model and motivator, with the ability to inspire others in living a healthy, active lifestyle.

The best part about being a personal trainer is watching people have fun exercising! I love to see my clients' energy improve and their stress fall away as the session progresses. No matter how tired you feel at the beginning, exercise gives you more energy once you are done.
