  How do I create a new customer account to book tee times?

  1. Access our online booking system
  2. Select the Sign In button
  3. Select the ‘Register’ button
  4. Enter your information – your password must be at least 6 characters
  5. Click Register
  6. You can now book a tee time

  How do I create a password for my login if my account was created in the Golf Shop?

  1. Access our online booking system
  2. Select the Sign In button
  3. Enter your e-mail address
  4. Select ‘Forgot Password’
  5. You will receive an e-mail with a link to recover your password – you may only use this link once
  6. Enter and confirm your new password – your password must be at least 6 characters

  I forgot my password – how do I reset it?

  1. Access our online booking system
  2. Select the Sign In button
  3. Enter your e-mail address
  4. Select ‘Forgot Password’
  5. You will receive an e-mail with a link to recover your password – you may only use this link once
  6. Enter and confirm your new password – your password must be at least 6 characters

  How do I edit my profile information?

  1. Access our online booking system
  2. Sign In to your account
  3. Select the button in the top right hand corner of your booking screen – this button will appear as your name or three horizontal lines
  4. Select 'Profile' 
  5. Edit your personal information and then select 'Next'
  6. Edit your home address and select 'Submit' to save your changes

  I registered in the golf shop, but it says I do not have an account.

  If you aren’t able to create a password, your e-mail may have been entered incorrectly onsite. Please call the golf shop during working hours to update your customer profile.

  How do I book a tee time?

  1. Access our online booking system
  2. Sign In
  3. Select the magnifying glass icon
  4. Select the course(s)
  5. Select the time or range 
     • Online bookings can only be made 3 or more hours before the selected tee time
     • For bookings 3 hours or less before a tee time, please contact the Golf Shop directly
  6. Select the number of players you would like to book for
  7. If you would like, you may also choose to sort your results based on price, time, and course 
  8. Select 'Submit'
  9. Select the tee time that you would like to book
  10. If this is your first booking, you will be asked to enter your credit card information
      • If you have already entered in your credit card information, you may choose to ‘Use Card on File’ 
  11. Confirm your booking and select 'Next'
  12. Select 'Reserve'
  13. Your booking is now complete and you will be sent an email confirming your reservation

  Why do I need a credit card?

  Credit cards are required to book a tee time online. While we do not take payment for any reservations made up to five days in advance – you may be charged for a no-show. You credit card will however be charged if you a book a tee time 6 – 10 days in advance as this is considered an Advanced Booking.

  When do you charge my credit card? 

  Credit cards will only be charged when making an advanced booking or if you do not show up for a tee time, in which case you may be charge a ‘no show’ fee or $25 per player.

  Where is my credit card information being stored?

  Your credit card information will be stored safely in the Moneris Vault. To protect your information, Moneris complies with the strict Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards.

  Your credit card number will be fully encrypted and only the last 4 digits will ever be displayed. Your card will be stored in the vault for future reservations.

  How do I book a tee time outside of the 5 day booking window (Advanced Booking)?

  1. Access our online booking system
  2. Sign In
  3. Select the magnifying glass
  4. Select the course
  5. Select the date
  6. Select the time or range
     • Online bookings can only be made 3 or more hours before the selected tee time
     • For bookings 3 hours or less before a tee time, please contact the Golf Shop directly
  7. Select the number of players you would like to book for
  8. Select 'Submit'
  9. Select the tee time you would like to book - the tee time will have a highlighted note under the time that indicates a booking fee applies
  10. Review the 'Advanced booking fee amount' and the ‘Terms and conditions’
  11. Check the box to indicate you accept the advanced booking fee amount and terms and conditions
  12. If you haven’t entered your credit card information you can do this now by selecting ‘Enter Payment Information’ or select ‘Use Card on File’ if you’ve already added a credit card to your account (see below for credit card information)
  13. Confirm your booking information and select ‘Next’ – if you chose to add or remove a player at this point, the advanced booking fee will be automatically adjusted to reflect the number of players
  14. Select 'Reserve'
  15. Your booking is now complete and you will be sent an email confirming your reservation with your advanced booking fee receipt attached

  How do I make a group booking of 5 - 8 players?

  1. Access our online booking system
  2. Sign In
  3. Select the group booking button - this button will appear as the word 'Group' or as an image with a '+' or two people
  4. Select the number of players
  5. Select a time or range
     • Online bookings can only be made 3 or more hours before the selected tee time
     • For bookings 3 hours or less before a tee time, please contact the golf shop directly
  6. Select the date
  7. Select a course
  8. Select 'Submit'
  9. Select the two tee times you would like to book - the system will only allow you to select two consecutive tee times
  10. If you haven’t entered your credit card information you can do this now by selecting ‘Enter Payment Information’ or select ‘Use Card on File’ if you’ve already added a credit card to your account (see below for credit card information) – advanced booking fees will apply if the booking is outside of the 5 day window
  11. Confirm your booking information and select ‘Next’ – if you chose to add or remove a player at this point and there is an advanced booking fee, the fee will be automatically adjusted to reflect the number of players
  12. Select 'Reserve'
  13. Your booking is now complete and you will be sent an email confirming your reservation with your advanced booking fee receipt attached

  How do I cancel a tee time?

  1. Access our online booking system
  2. Sign In
  3. Select the button in the top right hand corner of your booking screen – this button will appear as your name or three horizontal lines
  4. Select ‘My Reservations’ 
  5. Find the tee time(s) you would like to cancel and select the ‘Edit’ button on the left hand side
  6. Select 'Cancel' to cancel the entire tee time
  7. Confirm cancelation – when canceling a group booking, please make sure to cancel both applicable tee times

  How can I add or remove a player(s) from my reservation?

  1. Access our online booking system
  2. Sign In
  3. Select the button in the top right hand corner of your booking screen – this button will appear as your name or three horizontal lines
  4. Select ‘My Reservations’ 
  5. Find the tee time you would like to change and select the 'Edit' button on the left hand side
  6. Here you can use the + or – signs to add or remove players from your booking and then select 'Update'
  7. When you have the correct number of players selected, select 'Save change'
  8. You will be sent an email confirming your changes

  How do I change a player(s) in my reservation?

  1. Access our online booking system
  2. Sign In
  3. Select the button in the top right hand corner of your booking screen – this button will appear as your name or three horizontal lines 
  4. Find the tee time with the player(s) you would like to change
  5. Select 'Edit' 
  6. To change the player(s) name(s), click on the text box and type in the name of the new player
     • Note: the account holder cannot change his/her name
  7. Select Save Change to finalize your modification
  8. You will be sent an email confirming your change

  How can I book for a single?

  Singles are able to book the same day over the phone if spaces are available.

  Can I book more than 2 tee times in one day?

  If you need to book more than two tee times per day, you must have another player book the other two tee times.

  To book more than 16 players please email our special events team regarding tournament bookings.

  What happens if I do not show up to my tee time?

  Reservation cancelled 4 hours or less before the tee time may be charged a 'no show' fee of $25 per player.

  How do I book a 9 hole round?

  Nine hole rounds cannot be booked online and must be booked in person on the day of play or by contacting the golf shop.

Advanced tee time bookings

  What is an advanced booking?

  An advanced booking is a tee time reservation that is 6 - 30 days away.

  Advanced tee time bookings are posted 30 days in advance starting at 6am.

  In order to make an advanced booking, you will need to pay an advanced booking fee. The fee is non-refundable and is separate from your green fees.

  3. Select the magnifying glass
  4. Select the course(s)
  5. Select the date
     • Online bookings can only be made 3 or more hours before the selected tee time
     • For bookings 3 hours or less before a tee time, please contact the golf shop directly
  6. Select a time or range
  7. Select the number of players you would like to book for
  8. Select 'Submit'
  9. Select the tee time you would like to book – the tee time will have a highlighted note under the time indicating a booking fee applies

  Why am I charged an advanced booking fee? Is this a deposit?

  An advanced booking fee is a charge that is required to book a tee time outside of the regular 5 day booking window. This fee is non-refundable and is separate from your green fees.

  If I cancel my advanced booking tee time, are the charges refunded?

  No - all advanced booking fees are nonrefundable. 

Terms and conditions

  The terms and conditions are for using the VanGolf app and the Vancouver Parks Golf online reservation system. If you decline the terms and conditions you may still reserve a tee time in person at any of our golf courses.  

  When you register, you will be asked to provide personal contact information. This information will be used by the City of Vancouver only for the purpose of contacting you about your booking or to advise of course conditions.

  Any information you submit through this application, including any personal information will be stored on servers in the United States and may in the future be stored on other servers elsewhere outside Canada.

  By registering in our system, you agree that you have the legal capacity to consent, and that you do consent, effective as of the present date, to our collection of your personal information, to our using it for the purposes described in these terms of use, and to such personal information being stored in, or accessed from, the United States or elsewhere by Club Prophet Systems, Inc., which operates the TeeTimes application and website on behalf of the City of Vancouver, or by employees or agents of Club Prophet Systems, Inc. or the City, for the purpose of allowing Club Prophet Systems, Inc. to maintain and operate the TeeTime application and website.    

  Personal information is collected by the City of Vancouver under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
