Wedding ceremonies in Vancouver parks

COVID-19 update: wedding bookings

Wedding booking season is March 1 to September 30, 2022.

New wedding applications for 2022 will be accepted starting at 9am on January 10, 2022.

Please allow up to four weeks for a response.

Application approvals are dependent on several factors including the state of the pandemic at the time you are applying and whether or not the park you are requesting is available. Requests will be processed in the order  they are received.

Getting married in one of Vancouver's beautiful parks, gardens, or park facilities and restaurants is an ideal way to start a lifetime together.

Many beautiful venues are available for wedding ceremonies and receptions within Vancouver parks.

Plan your outdoor wedding in a park

To hold your wedding in a park, you will need a park wedding ceremony permit. The permit lets you decorate your site with an archway, canopies, and a limited number of chairs.
