Homelessness Services Outreach Team (Carnegie Outreach)

 We're not located at Carnegie Centre

Our storefront office is located at 392 Powell St, separate from Carnegie Community Centre at 401 Main St.

The Homelessness Services Outreach Team operates on a first come, first serve basis.

Drop-in hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm (no appointment needed, closed weekends and statutory holidays).

If you're concerned for a person's immediate medical distress, phone 9-1-1.

The Homelessness Services Outreach Team assists residents at the storefront office at 392 Powell St during regular office hours and provides additional street outreach during late-night shifts.

The street outreach team supports those most marginalized in the community and people least likely to be accessing traditional social services.
