Decode Congestion Hackathon

Strategists, technologists, and engaged residents are invited to take part in our DeCode Congestion Hackathon.

We believe that the combination of data, technology, and talented Vancouver residents can create solutions that optimize street use for an efficient, safe, and reliable transportation network.

Cash prizes

  • First place - $5000
  • Second place - $2000
  • Third place - $500

A hackathon is a competition where participants spend a short period of time (24-48 hours) developing prototype solutions to address a specific problem.
