Vehicles displaying veteran or Memorial Cross licence plates can park for free year-round at:
- Any on-street pay parking space (time limits and any other posted regulations still apply)
- City-owned off-street parking facilities (Park Board parking lots and EasyPark parking lots) in Vancouver
