Room details and rental rates
In order to rent space at Kitsilano Community Centre, please be advised of the following regarding reservation eligibility.
We cannot host events that:
- Require admission fees or are for profit ventures managed by the facilitator of the event
- Represent religious or political organizations
- Advertised to the general public
- Attended by the media

- Check for room availability
- If you have not yet come to see the room, we recommend that you come view the facilities prior to creating a reservation. Please call our association office at 604-257-8607 or email kitscc@vancouver.ca to request a viewing.
- Once you have viewed the space, you can put in a formal room request, or you can contact the Rental Coordinator at 604-257-8607 or kitscc@vancouver.ca.
- The Rental Coordinator will contact you within 3-5 business days to let you know if your request has been approved or denied. A formal rental agreement is provided at this point.
- To secure your booking, please make a payment once your reservation is approved and a signed copy of your agreement has been provided to the Rental Coordinator. Payment can be made online, by phone, or visiting in person at the front desk of the community centre during operating hours.
