West End Community Centre room details and rental rates
Hourly rates are based on:
- Weekdays (9am to 5pm)
- Weeknights (5pm to 1am) and weekends (9am to 1am)
Room capacities are based on standing room only. Rates do not include GST. A damage deposit and music royalty fees may apply. Additional staffing charges apply for all after hours rentals (minimum 4 hour charge). After hours rentals are based on staffing availability at the time of the rental request.

- View the room in person (recommended). Phone our reception desk at 604-257-8333 to arrange a time.
- Make a rental request
- Our rental coordinator will contact you within three to five business days about your request.
- Pay for the rental when you get an email saying your rental request is approved.

- Contact the rental coordinator with your request.
- Read and sign the rental agreement.
- Pay the rental fees and damage deposit to confirm your rental.
- Pay by phone with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
- Pay in person with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit card, cash, or cheque (made out to the City of Vancouver and paid 10 business days' before your event)
