Public parties

You can book a party area while we are open to the public. Public parties are suitable for up to 20 children. The play area will be shared by other party users and drop-in users.

We have five party areas that can be booked.

Bookings are based on a two hour party. Fees include your admission to the Play Palace. Prices include tax.

Private parties

You can have a private party where you have the entire facility for your own group. These parties are ideal if you are planning up to 80 guests.

Fees includes exclusive use of the facility, admission for all of your guests, and two staff to assist with setup, clean up, and monitoring of the playground equipment. Bookings are based on a two-hour party. Prices include tax.

  Rules for birthday parties

  • Parent participation is mandatory; staff will ensure that equipment is available and safe to operate.
  • We will provide tables and chairs; remember to bring food, decorations, and other party equipment.
  • You will be provided 15 minutes before and after your booking time to set up and clean up your party area.
  • Children must remove their shoes and wear socks in the play area (adults must remove their shoes and wear socks in the preschool matted area).
  • Adults are not allowed on the inflatable equipment.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  Booking procedures and policies

  • All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Cancellation notice must be received 21 days before your booking date – refunds are subject to a $10.00 administration fee.
