How to Reach Neighbours in Townhouses, Apartments and Condos when Planning a Block Party

When approaching any of these types of housing complexes it is best to approach the manager who will let you know how they would like you to get in touch with the residents of their complex. Depending on the complex, the manager may do one or more of the following:

* distribute information for you to the residents
* refer you to the President of the Strata Council
* allow you to post flyers advertising the event
* allow you to approach each resident
