Proof of Insurance Coverage Special Events

Permission will not be granted to hold your event until proof of satisfactory insurance has been received and approved by the Special Events Office. Unless alternate arrangements are approved by the Special Events Office an event must complete and return the “Proof of Insurance Coverage Special Events” as such proof 30 days in advance of the planned event.
