Payment OptionsPayments for parking infractions may be made by cash, cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or debit card. You may pay on-line, by mail or in person. 1. Pay On-lineSearch for and pay your parking tickets using Visa, Mastercard or American Express from our secure site: Pay your tickets on-line. 2. Payment by Mail***PLEASE DO NOT MAIL YOUR PAYMENT. Payment deadlines will not change due to postal service disruption. ***The early payment discount is only available for 14 days from the issue date of a ticket. After 14 days the full penalty amount becomes due and payable. To ensure your payment is received by the City on time, we encourage you to pay online. The City does not accept postmarks as proof of payment on time. If you choose to mail your payment, write the number of the violation notice on the cheque or money order and make payable to "City of Vancouver". Your cancelled cheque is your receipt. Note: Do not send cash by mail
