How Does It Work?

No more coins! No longer will you have to hunt for the right change or run back to your car to top up the time left on your parking meter. Instead, simply park you car, make one short phone call and then head for your destination. You can even extend your parking session with another call and we’ll send you a text reminder before your time expires. Pay by phone parking is convenient, easy and safe. Here’s how it works…

If you’re an existing Verrus user, you can automatically use the service. 

First time users simply need to set up an account. You can do this by calling
our parking line on 604-909-PARK (7275) or click here to get started straight away. To set up an account you will need:

1. Mobile phone number
2. Credit card (we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express)
3. The license plate of your car(s)

The next time you call, your details will be automatically recognized and all you have to do is enter the time you want to park and the location number on the parking meter.

We calculate the best possible price for the parking period that you have requested for each transaction, which is charged on a per-minute basis. The parking fee plus a service charge of 30 cents is then billed to the credit card that you register with us.
