Bicycle routes: City Greenway, Central Valley Sections 
The Central Valley Greenway (CVG) officially opened in June 2009. It is an inter-urban cycling and pedestrian facility linking important regional destinations in Vancouver, Burnaby, and New Westminster. The 25 kilometre greenway connects 11 SkyTrain Stations, 23 bus routes, 16 existing bike routes, and 11 greenways.
Vancouver sections of the CVG:
Section 1 begins at Science World in Vancouver and travels through the False Creek Flats on 1st Avenue and Great Northern Way to the Clark Drive Bridge.
Section 2 follows Grandview Highway North between Clark Drive and Commercial Drive.
Section 3 Begins at the eastern end of the existing greenway on Grandview Highway North (GHN) and Slocan Street, travels east under the Skytrain guideway to Refrew Station, along Hebb Street to Lillooet Street, then continues under the guideway to Boundary Road.
