Bicycle routes: Cypress Bikeway

The Cypress Bikeway is a north/south bike route on the west side of the city that uses Cypress Street and Angus Drive to connect English Bay and the Fraser River. This 8.6 km route passes through Kitsilano, Arbutus-Ridge, Kerrisdale and Marpole neighbourhoods. The Cypress Bikeway crosses the Seaside, Off-Broadway, Midtown/Ridgeway and SW Marine bikeways.

Cyclists can access the Burrard Bridge into downtown from the intersection of Cypress and Cornwall near the north end of the route. From the south terminus of the route at Marine Drive and Cornish Street, cyclists can follow the bike route signs to access the Arthur Laing Bridge into Richmond and the Vancouver International Airport.
