COVID-19 (Coronavirus) update

May 14, 2020: If you're receiving the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) you may be eligible for the non-market rate. Find out how to apply

If you have already purchased your 2020 permit and are eligible for the CERB non-market rate, contact us at onlineparkingpermit@vancouver.ca

Many facilities are closed or have reduced service. There's a lot you can still do online, by phone, or by appointment

Parking permits can be purchased online or by calling 3-1-1. If you're paying by cash or debit, make an appointment to visit City Hall in person by calling 3-1-1. The permit parking desk at the West End Community Centre is currently closed.

If you do not fit the requirements to apply online, attach the required documents for an annual permit and email them to onlineparkingpermit@vancouver.ca.

All West End permits that expire on May 31, 2020 will be honored until June, 2020.

Buy your permit for the year ahead before June 30, 2020.

If you do not meet the requirements to apply for a permit online, phone 3-1-1.

All West End permits are available at the market rate. If you're a proven long term resident or you live in a household with limited income, you may be eligible to apply at the non-market rate.
