Group Fitness Work Out

A certified personal trainer will take a small group through personalized workouts. An assessment with the personal trainer is mandatory before attending the class.

September 13, 2021: Proof of vaccination is required to participate in some programs and events. Entry into recreation centres does not require proof of vaccination, but will be required for some programs and activities. Come prepared with your official proof of vaccination and government-issued photo ID.
