Site sign standards and templates for development permit applications

We updated the design for site signs for development permit applications to improve how residents are notified.

The design has a consistent layout with clear and easy-to-read information about the application and review process.

Does your application requires a site sign? Follow these instructions

1. Download the appropriate design template for your project. Check with your City project contact if you're unsure what template to use. The templates require Adobe InDesign. The standard font for the sign is Gotham.

2. Follow the guidelines to create your sign (or contract a graphic designer to create it for you, generally available through a sign-printing company). Work with your City project contact to make sure you include the right information.
3. Once your sign has been approved by City staff, have it printed and installed.
