We're reviewing the zoning, land use policy, and infrastructure and flood management requirements in the South Vancouver Industrial Area (SVIA). The goal is to create more flexible regulations that support local business and job growth and ensure the area is resilient to future flood risks.
What's happeningTell us what you think
We're launching the first phase of engagement with local businesses to help guide the future of the South Vancouver Industrial Area.
We want to hear from you. Your feedback will help us understand what’s working, what’s not and what could be improved when it comes to zoning and land use policy. Your insights a will help inform our updates to zoning and land use regulations.
The survey will be open until November 9, 2025.
This is phase one of a two-part engagement process. In phase two, we’ll share the emerging ideas and direction from phase one and invite your feedback to help refine and finalize the future zoning and land use changes.
