We’re renewing an aging water main along Victoria Dr from 2nd Ave to Broadway and a small portion of sewer on McSpadden Ave and Bauer St.
This new water and sewer infrastructure will have a life expectancy of 100 years to help serve this growing neighbourhood.

TELUS duct relocation
TELUS has completed installation of their ducts to the southern edge of McSpadden park. This fall, they will complete duct relocation work from McSpadden Park to Broadway. For questions regarding the upcoming LTS/TELUS asset relocation work, call 1-800-689-6331.
Signal improvements at 8th Ave and Victoria Dr
Our crews are planning to make additional signal upgrades during late 2021 at this intersection to improve access for pedestrians and cyclists.
Partial roadway paving on Victoria Dr
City crews will likely be completing partial paving work on the west side of Victoria Drive following completion of the signal and TELUS work. The schedule of this work is to be determined.
