John Hendry (Trout Lake) Park renewal plan

The Vancouver Park Board is developing a long-range renewal plan for John Hendry Park that will recommend improvements to ensure it continues to be a vibrant and well-loved community gathering space for years to come.

Located in East Vancouver’s Cedar Cottage neighbourhood, John Hendry Park is a premier community park with one of Vancouver’s few freshwater lakes.

We want to hear from residents, park users, and stakeholders as we establish directions and investment priorities for park development.

What's happeningPhase 2 public engagement has ended

Engagement was open from November 23 to December 21, 2021. Park Board staff are now compiling feedback from this phase.
