Construction crews and equipment working on East 35th Avenue to upgrade sewer infrastructure in a residential neighbourhood.

East 35th Avenue sewer separation upgrades

We’re upgrading critical sewer infrastructure along East 35th Avenue between Main Street and Quebec Street.

The existing sewer will be replaced with a separated, higher-capacity system with one pipe for rainwater runoff and another for sewage. The new sewer main will have a 100-year service life to support this growing neighbourhood.

As part of this work, we'll also be completing some curb replacements and street repaving.
