- Drinking fountain
- New trees, plants, and green rainwater infrastructure
- Electrical upgrades to support small events, decorative lighting, and more
- Wider sidewalks along Granville Street
- Separate walking and cycling paths (14th Avenue bikeway)
- New concrete plaza surface
