  Parking

  Parking restrictions will be in effect to accommodate construction.

  Drivers must follow no parking signs to maintain safety for all users.

  Traffic impacts

  • Some lane and street closures will be in effect block-by-block to facilitate construction.
  • Watch for detours as work progresses.
  • Commuters are advised to expect delays and plan ahead.  
• 

  Noise and vibration

  The nature of this work will cause nearby noise, dust, and vibration during construction.

  We will make efforts to limit noise to within our noise by-law hours. Advance notice will be provided for any anticipated work outside of these hours with a noise by-law exception permit.

  Garbage and recycling

  Construction will not affect the regular garbage and recycling collection schedule in your area.

  If your regular pickup or drop-off location becomes obstructed by the project, the on-site crew will communicate changes to you.

• 

  Water service impacts

  We will provide advanced notice of any disruption to your water service, except in the case of an emergency.
